opera gx crashes anytime i try to take a screenshot?

hello! I try to take screenshots on opera gx, but every time that i do it crashes, or, generally it just crashes without warning, and i'm not sure why? i use a modern MacIOS and while it isn't the most reliable, this doesn't happen often, but every time, no matter how big or small the screenshot is, it keeps crashing, and its very annoying; any tips on how to fix this?
I would also like to note that i tried to download the newest version of Opera GX, and it still crashes when i take a photo, any help would be greatly appreciated! -
TomaszPikus last edited by@acrylic0887 Hi, just wanted to jump in and say I’m having the same issue. Every time I take a screenshot in Opera GX, the browser crashes and closes itself right after. I’ve also updated to the latest version and the problem is still there. So it doesn’t seem to be just your setup - would be great if someone from the team could look into this.

No issue here in 125.0.5729.22 on Windows 11. Wonder if it's a macOS-only crash.
What version of macOS?
Is there a "Crash ID" field at the URL
opera://crashesfor the crash? If so, you can report it and post the bug number and crash ID here. -

@burnout426 macOS 26.1 (25B78). I've had plenty of crashes, but most of them show "Status: Not uploaded".
