Opera Android does not create QR code

Hello,

I want to copy my Opera settings to a new Android phone but if I select creating the QR code I have only a rotating circle. It worked once, I have passwords and so on my new phone, but not the opened tabs.

Is there a method to save them locally?

I have the same problem-I use the Q code,it says follow the PC directions-I set the sync but nothing to complete or save. What bdo I do to start the sync?
