Opera Max is global! There are only a few countries that may be blocking access to Opera Max. Check Google Play to see if Opera Max is available in your region.

Check http://m.opera.com/max/test and you will fond out if Opera Max is or it will be available in your country.

Opera Max is available in Vietnam, but it is blocked on Phu Quoc, a small special economic zone island.
I am trying to access this site http://www.phuquocislandguide.com but it's not working. It works in Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Da lat, Hanoi, and Nha Trang.
However, the underwater internet cable has been cut so that may be the root cause of the problem. The cable is supposed to be fixed by the May 17th so i will double check again.

Hello. There is a question, opera max doesn't work in Uzbekistan!? Earlier on the version 0.9.x everything was fine, but now eternal connection to cloudy services!
I use android 4.4.x, 5.1.x and android M.
I have in the country an Internet very expensive! Your app unique. I and my many friends with pleasure used Opera max! But now you doesn't support our country (((((( -

Singapore, Thailand is on your list... But Malaysia, the country in between has been excluded from the list.. Why? We with slower internet speed need OperaMax more .... Please.....

What about CHina? I know in china have another series named "liuliangbao",but,the app UI is so ugly.

Why was Nigeria not included from the first place? When knowing that in every five homes, you count, 4.5 are using internet. Please include Nigeria now.

Opera max is available in Pakistan and working nice. I downloaded from the Google Play Store. Thanks Opera. I loved it and its savings. Another good thing, I had the problem from apps using my Internet apart from free apps which are free like Facebook which is available for free in Pakistan. Now I can block other apps to save my credit while using only Facebook. Thanks a lot for solving it.

How about Malaysia? It could be used now,but not in the list. It's working most of time,but speed is not so good,especially when watching Youtube-can't handle 1080P smoothly.
