However, the underwater internet cable has been cut so that may be the root cause of the problem. The cable is supposed to be fixed by the May 17th so i will double check again.

I downloaded from the Google Play Store. Thanks Opera. I loved it and its savings. Another good thing, I had the problem from apps using my Internet apart from free apps which are free like Facebook which is available for free in Pakistan. Now I can block other apps to save my credit while using only Facebook. Thanks a lot for solving it. ❤
