Add built-in background ambient music to Opera Browser

This feature had already been available in the GX version for many years, and it is much more convenient for users to play some background ambience than to use 3-rd party apps or websites like Youtube. Additionally, broadening the sound library would also be very nice.

If you click the Easy Setup button and click "Theme Gallery", you can add more themes. Some of them have background music.
