bookmarks on opera mini - can't see them in opera.

I have a lot of bookmarks on my phone browser, which is opera mini.
however, neither they, nor my speed dial, are visible on my pc installation of opera - it's driving me insane.
Windows 11, opera one version 120, opera mini latest (whatever it is).
any help to import all my myriad bookmarks much appreciated.
