How to export bookmarks from Opera Link to Firefox Sync?

I recently moved from Opera to Firefox, but I have got lots of bookmarks on Opera browser which i want to export to Firefox browser? Is there some way to do that?

you need to export/import through the desktop versions of both browsers.
