Sidebar panels: add an on/off button in the panel toolbar to close the instance

I suggest adding an on/off button in the toolbar at the top of sidebar panels (where the refresh, pin, and feedback buttons are). This button would allow users to close or terminate the active instance of the panel (such as TikTok, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, etc.), freeing up memory and stopping the process, but keeping the panel icon on the sidebar for easy reopening.
Currently, to stop a panel’s process we have to open the Opera task manager (Shift+Esc) and manually end it, or hide the panel entirely through settings.
This feature would make resource management easier, improve performance, and provide a smoother user experience.
