Pausing and playing a Youtube video while in Picture-in-Picture breaks the Youtube controls.

I've encountered a new bug in recent updates. When watching any video on Youtube, and going into Picture-in-picture mode, if I pause and then un-pause the video, the UI on the main window breaks.
The video frame seems to get overlaid by the PiP UI, making it inaccessible, and preventing me form pressing any buttons except for pause and skip.
The bug doesn't go away until i refresh the page, and it strangely only happens on Youtube, and no other video hosting site.
Steps to replicate:
- Open any Youtube video.
- Toggle Picture-in-Picture.
- Pause and then un-pause.
- The UI of the video on the main window is now broken.

they have completely broken picture in picture. Old one worked great all this time while the "new" one has had nothing but issues and doesn't even work with RTX Super Resolution. But of course last update they completely broke the old one cause consistent crashes, instead of fixing it OR the new they decided to erase the flags for the old one in the most recent update. Seems like the new one has gotten even more issues now too. It's insane to me that all this time since the release the new picture in picture they haven't fixed it and some how manage to make it worse while deleting the one that did work.
