Cannot upload Animated/Video Wallpaper?

I've read from posts that Opera takes animated/video wallpapers for the background as long as it's a zip with 3 files:
- persona.ini file
- video.webm
- first_frame_start_page.jpeg
However, uploading the zipped folder to Opera doesn't do nothing. I click "Open" through the finder popup and nothing happens. Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?
(I'm on Mac, using Opera GX) -
