2FA Authentication App & Backup Codes Issue

I am writing to report a critical issue preventing me from logging into my Opera account. My account is currently open on my computer, but when I try to log in, I am prompted for a two-factor authentication (2FA) code from an authenticator app.
The primary problem is that the codes generated by my authenticator app are consistently being rejected as "incorrect." I have already checked and synchronized the time settings on both my computer and the device running the authenticator app to ensure they are accurate, but the issue persists.
As a secondary login option, I am given the choice to use a backup code. Unfortunately, I have forgotten or misplaced my backup codes and am unable to locate them.
Given these circumstances, I am completely locked out of my account and cannot access it. Could you please provide assistance in resolving this issue? I would appreciate guidance on how to regain access to my account, potentially through a recovery process or by helping me reset my 2FA.
