Tabs flicker when moving to another monitor and don't put themselves there
For example, I have Opera GX with 5 tabs on my main monitor (27in 2k), but when I try to grab one and put it on my other monitor (24in 1080p), it flickers weirdly, and many times it doesn't put itself on my other monitor. It's simply as if I took it out of the main Opera and I have to try to drag it like, 3 times.
Note: This only happens with Opera GX.
