OperaGX - Mouse gesture exceptions

The mouse gestures are one of the best features in OperaGX and yet it feels like there is still a lot of potential in them.
One way to make them even more convenient is to let users configure exceptions for websites/domains where the gestures are disabled, to prevent unintended user inputs.
A good example might be webapps like Miro, where you hold right click to navigate the board. This interferes with the gestures feature and forces the user to open the settings, search for the gesture feature and disable it, before proceeding with their task and then re-enabling them after they are done.Removing that UX friction should increase user adoption for one of OperaGX' most powerful features.
