Picture in picture mode is transparent even without enabling it

Sometimes picture in picture mode becomes transparent without enabling the feature
I think it happens if the computer screen turns off in power saving mode
I have seen this in youtube
Reloading the opera helps, reloading the page doesnt
I am using Opera One
