Video on PIP pauses when I select a file to upload

I work in a browser, so when I do a lot of routine work, I turn on some kind of movie. My work requires me to upload a lot of files to websites. Everything was fine before, but now when I click upload files and the explorer opens with a choice of files, the Opera GX "picture in picture" player immediately closes. This did not happen before, the player was always on top of all windows, now after uploading files I constantly need to return to the tab with the view and click "picture in picture" again.
