How to turn off random opening of "joke" tabs?

How to turn off when OperaGX accidentally turns on tabs with cats or a fake Windows update? Maybe it was "funny" on April 1, but it's already May and it still appears
Meaning, Opera turns them on by accident all the time, the same thing, it's super annoying and several times Opera even crashed due to these "jokes" tabs, which is completely out of line
I've searched all the settings, but I didn't find anything clear that would allow me to disable it, the version of Opera I have now is 118.0.5461.62
