start or speed dial page wallpaper.

It would be helpful at times to have the ability to reduce the intensity of wallpapers in order for speed dial elements to stand out more clearly. Even if the wallpaper could be reduced to 25-50%, I think this would be helpful.

I would also like to have options on labels for speed dial icons. All I see now is white lettering which sometimes is difficult to see over some wallpapers.
