Cannot login my opera account. Two-step verification.

Hello,
I have a problem: I have two accounts to log into Opera, with two different email addresses on my computer. I lost access to the first account after deleting Microsoft Authenticator (two-step verification or something like that). Now, when logging in, after entering the password, it requires an additional i cannot login with my opera account After reinstalling Microsoft Auth, I cannot add Opera to it because I first need to log into Opera.
I need access to this account because I have a fairly large amount in Opera Cashback on it.
Is it possible to regain access, and if so, how? -
