Opera GX can't access files

So I try uploading a file/picture to a website I frequent, but suddenly got this today.

[File Name]
You don't have permission to open this file.
Contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission.

The thing is, I AM the admin. I've given Opera GX full permissions but still get this pop up. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
