How to create a new profile and then copy my old bookmarks, stash, speed dial to the new

Hello gang!
I have opera 26 installed and its all botched up.
I was in virtual mode and I clicked on something to see what it was and it updated to something new and when I was done I rebooted out of virtual mode and its borked now.
When I try to open it, it says "Your profile cannot be used because it is from a newer version of opera. Some features may be unavailable. Please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of opera."
