Opera device connect code doesn't work

Tried right click examine, did nothing (just a list of 0h1m1 etc and I don't know how to decode that). There should be a QR on the square - I don't have a cam in my PC, and scanning a screenshot of my code from the phone just directed me to this website, so I'm out of ideas
