Disastrous Mouse focus when moving opera with Dual Monitor (Windows 8.1)

Hi,
I'm using Opera 27 (Till now, latest build: 27.0.1689.76)
And ever since I started using Windows 8.1 with an extended Monitor I get a disastrous mouse pointer loosing the focus on the application browser windows.
Note: This happens specifically when moving the Opera browser from on screen to another.Also, it seems the graphic resolution is very poor when you resize the window. I've compared this with Firefox and it works like a charm in Windows 8.1.
It's very annoying and leaves you completely clumsy.
I've not found anything in the internet so I'm writing to you guys if you either know of this annoying behaviour and if there will be any type of fix for this.

Did you post a bug report or see if a bug report covering your topic had already been posted? Thast how you let the devs know theres a problem, not here.
