[Duplicated]Cannot stretch side bar panel despite already updated

hi so first of all I wanna apologize if they way im doing this is wrong, I just thought I could get some help regarding my issue on the opera gx forum. So basically ever since like the past 1-2 weeks I could not stretch my side bar panel like I normally could, now the arrow that usually appears that lets me stretch it is not there anymore, now some people have told me to update, so I have and it still does not work, right now I am on version lvl 6 117.0.5408.140.
