Opera Dragonfly 12.14 no longer working????

Hi, I use OD to pull code to create css files to block out advertising.
Usually it works, but today it doesn't. I've tried other portable opera installations to access dragonfly, but it doesn't seem to work.
Is OD a server dependant feature that opera can turn off?

Hmm. I've tried it with a couple of different usb portable installations, and I was using it last night no problem.
It might be the website or the intenet connection I"m on.
Seems to work, but takes very long to 'load' of which I find weird since I would assume since the html is already loaded in memory
