New tab "+" button graphic gets cut off

unsure if based on screen size (2560 x 1440 + window scaling 125%) if you have several tabs open, if the tabs + button reaches the other end of the top window the + button becomes weird.
Normal at 8 tabs.

When you add 1 more tab at 9 reaching end to end
