I will share two images for comparison: one from Opera Mini (showing the misalignment) and one from another Opera browser that demonstrates the proper alignment. For reference, the expected menu alignment is consistent across browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Browser, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Opera Mini (version 89.0.2254.76420) on an Android 13 device.

2. Navigate to any webpage.

3. Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner).

4. Observe that the options menu is misaligned compared to the standard upper-right placement.

Expected Result:
The menu options should consistently appear in the upper-right corner, as seen in other browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Browser) and in the comparison image from another Opera browser.

Actual Result:
In Opera Mini, the menu options are misaligned, not appearing in the proper upper-right corner.
