[Duplicated]Opera GX won't open, just shows error 0xc0000022

It js keeps showing this every time I try to open it, plz help

Uninstall Opera (but do not choose to delete your data when uninstalling).

Then, delete the install folder, which is the "Opera GX" folder in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs".

Then, download the Opera GX installer, launch it, click "options", adjust everything how you like and install.
