[Suggestion]Auto Update Settings

I was going to ask this in a similar topic but a pop up suggest I create a new one.

I want to know why there is not a setting which has "auto update Off or On" Some Apps use the excuse "security" for auto updates but at least you can stop them downloading. Why can't Opera give us the option.
It is all very well to delete this or that exe but make sure you do it when this or that is not on. Some of us Octogenarians may not know how to do this.

Many people here are sick of Opera saying "Your Opera has just been upgraded...." without any thought for the user.
