I use Opera on openSUSE tumbleweed with i3 tiling wm. Always use all most recent updates - hence tumbleweed.
If I have two windows open on the same workspace, they tile perfectly horizontally or vertically. If I want Opera to go fullscreen, the window goes fullscreen, but the part where the other window was stays black - no visually displayed content there. The part that also was Opera before, scales properly to fullscreen, resulting in only that half visible. If Opera is the only program in the workspace, going to fullscreen no problem.
This only happens with Opera windows; all other programs (also other Chrome-based browsers) go fullscreen without any issues, also "the other program in the workaspace" makes no difference, if it is another Opera window, another browser, or even a terminal.![tiled](ce7855d5-cfd0-4cd9-bbe2-c2faaf236ba5-image.png image url)
