Youtube videos playing regularly, then buffering at 19 seconds in.

I've only been having this problem for about 10 hours total. And this is extremely annoying. Because the first 19 seconds of the video plays just fine, the playback is uninterrupted. and about one or two seconds before the 19 seconds mark, the video's playback stops, and then at 19 seconds the video enters a loading state. which seems to be permanent. I've tried using the website with 0 adblockers, and even doing a soft recover of opera GX. then deleting the whole cache for Opera GX. then deleting any data on the youtube website. nothing has fixed the problem. there was one time right after the recovery, that a video managed to load to 26 seconds. then 24. then back to 19. I'm not sure why the website is refusing the load a video past that point, but it's consistently 19 seconds in. And of course, I can always watch videos on chrome if needed. But I hate having to switch browsers, especially when I view Opera GX as superior until now, and it's an extremely situational reason to use chrome.
Mainly, I want to know if anyone else is having this problem currently, if anyone has had it in the past, and if there's any solution that someone tried that worked for them. After righting this Forum post, I'm going to one final test myself. which would be letting a video play till 19 seconds in, and then letting it sit there and load. to see if the video will even load more playback at all. and if it doesn't after about 2 hours, then I think that confirms that the playback has an error at 20 seconds in for some reason. I will also be using inspect element.

Same issue, seems to start happening after new visual update which I reverted shortly after. Tried removing adblocker, but not helping. But it only happens when using a regular account, when using youtube premium the videos load fine.
