Add an Option to Merge Browser Windows in the Title Bar

Hello, I thought it would be a nice feature to add an option to the title bar that allows merging two open browser windows. For example, if I have multiple tabs open on different screens and want to combine them, I wouldn't have to drag each tab separately.
