Opera History Not Showing

Hi,
My PC froze when I turned it on earlier, I had to do a hard re-boot.
When I opened Opera its asked as usual do I want restore last session I clicked yes as I usually do, it opened with no tabs so I went to history to reopen them that way, it was BLANK no history showing.
I browsed to my profile
C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\History theres a History file of 19 Mg
Also if I visit opera:cache lots of the site that would be in my history show up in that list.
There is history now showing up but only what searched in trying to find an answer to this problem
Any ideas how to get all my history to show up ???
