Keyboard Method To access Extensions?

Is there any method available whereby I could access extension buttons/icons by the use of the keyboard? I think the answer to my question is, "No." However, if one knows of such a method, I would be tickled to hear about it. Thank you.

Addons themselves can provide the possibility to launch their browser action with an associated hotkey by means of the commands API.

You can customize these hotkeys from Settings »» browser »» Shortcuts (link) since Opera 29 or down at the very end of the extensions page in prior versions.
