Data lost after PC reset

I just reseted my pc, i had opera GX before and had a lot of favorites and now that i reseted my pc, i redownloaded it and logged back in and lost all my saved passwords, favorites tabs and everything. If anyone knows what its due to help me please

Goto https://www.sync.opera.com/ and log in. Does it show that you have bookmarks there?
