HTML codes not showing as they should

I'm coding for a forum and I use free to use codes found here and there. Since yesterday, I'm unable to use the free to use HTML that I find. Instead of showing me the code to copy, it's showing me, well, either nothing or the result of the code.

the HTML code is inexistantI don't know what's causing this issue and I know that it's not a problem from the different websites because I can see those HTML codes just fine on my phone. Just in case, I recently did the Opera GX update, but it didn't fix my problem. If anyone can help me out, it's really bothering me that I have to find ways to transfer those codes from my phone to my computer.
