certificate problem with opera 9.6

Hello, I'm still working with Opera 9.6, I like it.But since about two or three weeks i very often get the error warning " the certicicate for xxxxxx is signed by the unknown certificate authority " over the rainbow tech".
Even if I click ont the mark " remember this exemption " opera doesn't ask again when opening the same URL again.But if I close and resart opera, it is warning again with the mentioned text.

1. what can I do to get the proper certificate or how could I tell opera, that "over the rainbow tech" is an authorized certifivcate authority?
2. what can I do that opera remembers that I told iot to remember the examtion?

If you read this long thread you'll see that this is becoming an increasing problem in older Opera versions.
Using a version as old as 9.6 will probably only make this worse, although one person reported that version 8 was working better than later ones!

Can you supply a URL for a website that produces the certificate error message on your system?
