Option to hide toolbar (OLED Burn-In prevention)

An option to toggle the toolbar in the same way as the sidebar and autohide for the scroll bar on the side when not in use. As oled monitors become more widespread i would think alot of people would be interested in features that allow us to reduce static elements in the browser to mitigate burn in risk.
