Sync asking for a passphrase that I didn't create

i creat a 100% new account on my phone to test this problem. in the whole progress i do not creat any
passphrases. But when i log in on my PC, Opera asked me passphrase???
i did seach a lot and I saw so many topics talk about that for Years. there are so so so many topics like that.
So stupid, Goodbye
