I cannot swipe left or right on my speed dial pages

Ho guys I'm having an issue I was looking for a speed dial so when to look through my 10 pages of speed dials but noticed I cant swipe left or right to view them.i only have one page of speed dials ,can anyone help me acces all my speed dials?
Other speed dials icon seems to be missing

Ok guys so with some digging around I found this link

ofa://ui/synced_speeddials?source=sd_plus

If you copy and paste this into the speed dial page if magically brings the other speeddial icon button back so you can access your speed dials again.hooing opera sees this and fixed the issue
