Opera 19: What to Backup

My apologies if this is already addressed somewhere. I did search and can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.

I've seen the appdata folders mentioned.

What I'm wanting to be sure I back up are my speed dial, bookmarks, stash, settings, and anything else that's crucial.

As said in the other thread, backup your profile folder, Help, About Opera will tell you where it is.
