Import Opera no-install files to Installed version

I've been using Opera no-install for quite awhile now but I don't think it's supported any more because it asks me to update every other time I open it and If I click yes it does nothing. So I just got the installed version of Opera and would like to import all of my bookmarks and hopefully extensions I had on the outdated no-install version, but have no idea how I would do that.
