Automatically open in new tab

Upgraded to 27.0, can't find a way to make links I click on open automatically in a new tab. In previous versions that was either built-in or easy to change in Preferences, but searching 'Settings' in this version has turned up nothing. Any solutions, please?

Middle click opens links in new tabs automatically.
