[Crypto Wallet]Button doesn't work when trying to create a new wallet

On Opera GX, I am trying to create a New Wallet, but after I put in my pass words and press Next, nothing happens.
Does anyone know why this is happening, or not happening, to create a New Wallet?
What do I have to do to create a New Wallet?
And the "How does it work" link comes up with a 404 Not found screen.
