Opera doesn't open new tabs.
After starting the program, after a few minutes, new tabs stop opening, including settings.

Old tabs work correctly, music and videos load.

I found a way that solves the situation for 5 minutes. This is to open a new window via a program shortcut. But this is not a solution to the problem.

I have been using GX for several years, the situation suddenly appeared yesterday.
