Lost speed dial bookmarks when updating?

I just updated to the newest Opera, and I see that almost half of the original amount of Speed Dial bookmarks I had are now gone? How can I restore/recover them? I really need them.

From what Opera to What Opera? Are you sure they were just put into an odd folder?
