All tab islands opened up and are no longer islands

all tab islands opened in all work spaces and became a big mess, and now I have to take time to regroup them, but it will probably happen again
it didnt happen all the once in all workspaces but over time, not sure what causes it, maybe crashes cause it, opera itself didnt crash but my pc had crashes recently, might be that?
