The ever-red shortcut in the windows panel

The problem is that after installing any shortcut file in the windows panel, the Opera GX shortcut turns red until the browser restarts. Previously, this did not happen and appeared only if an error occurred during the installation of the file, but then it was worth going into Opera Downloads and it became normal. I have windows 10.
