Saving or exporting speed dial bookmarks

Hello all,
Can some one tell me how to go about saving my speed dial bookmarks? With Opera 12.16 it is simple and I backup every other week or so but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it Opera 19 yet. Is there a file in the install folder I need to be saving? Most of the search topics are about importing rather than exporting unless I missed something.
The more I keep using Opera 19 the more I would like to backup in case the unthinkable happens.

As in the previous Opera, don't just save one file, save the entire profile folder.
See Help, about Opera for the location of your profile and archive it with 7-Zip.
Copy the archive to an external USB stick or to Dropbox.
