[Suggestion]Add a button to restore synced data

- Nice to have: big button somewhere in the app that says "restore synced data" that when pressed, starts to sync the opera.com data onto your phone that you've made from a previous back-up/sync, kind of like whatsapp does.
Having the phone sync one-way to opera.com and no option to explicitly sync from opera.com to the phone creates the above problem I've just experienced, regardless of app-version and OS.
