[Suggestion]Add versioning to sync

- Sync should have versioning. ex: go back to tabs/settings synced 1-2-3-days/weeks ago. Otherwise, it is just mirroring one device and insta-syncing it, including if there are issues which totally defeats the purpose. Or I'm just pampered by what other syncing services offer.
In-short: if there's an error or an issue with the sync, then it will insta-sync that issue into the account, overwriting the previous good sync of the account.
